Welcome to HiBearNation 2008
November 13th -16th

The unofficial meet and greet party begins on Thursday.  Friday evening we offer a free dinner and
drinks while guests mingle.  Later that night we begin our bar crawl. We finish off Thursday, Friday and
Saturday evenings with very frisky after hours parties, complete with food, drinks and plenty of men.  
Donuts, coffee and juice are provided on Saturday and Sunday mornings.  We'll have an optional dinner
Saturday evening, just before the charity auction and an optional breakfast on Sunday morning.  Join us
Sunday evening for Furball followed by the final after hours party.

JJ's Clubhouse & Bar will be sponsoring the 4th annual Blue Ribbon Bear Contest, Friday, Saturday and
Sunday nights.  Registered guests receive bus service to scheduled events, and after hours parties with
free food, drinks and more

Dec. 1, 2007 to May 31, 2008        $75.00
June 1, 2008 to Aug. 15, 2008        $95.00
Aug. 16, 2008 to Oct. 31, 2008        $120.00
After October 31st and Walk-ins        $140.00

Mail early.  Registrations mailed after October 20th may not be received and processed in
time.  When processing registrations, we go by the postmark date on the envelope,
not the date on the check to determine the correct fee

Walk-ins are accepted, but all fees must be paid in cash.  
NO EXCEPTIONS.
Walk-ins are not guaranteed a HiBearNation 2008 shirt

Returned checks are subject to a $25.00 fee.
Cancellations after September 30th are subject to a $25.00 processing fee
Registrations are transferable if you find out at the last minute you are unable to attend

Registration fee includes 1 HiBearNation 2008 t-shirt.  
Additional shirts are available for $25.00 each.  
Shirts are not guaranteed for registrations received after October 10, 2008
